a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas de alerta antecipado, baseados na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de dados precisos de forma antecipada transformando-os em informa\u00e7\u00f5es importante para a gest\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri Light', sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Ser\u00e1 realizado um esfor\u00e7o no sentido de fornecer \u00e0s autoridades nacionais e regionais, o acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es de pr\u00e9-alerta meteorol\u00f3gico EFAS, atualmente geradas e distribu\u00eddas pela EU, de modo a serem exploradas ao n\u00edvel local onde se encontram as popula\u00e7\u00f5es e os eventuais danos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"PT\" style=\"mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Ser\u00e1 desenvolvido um ensaio piloto de alerta antecipado para o cen\u00e1rio de galgamento das margens de um rio. Uma rede de sensores despoletar\u00e1 o alerta e ativar\u00e1 medidas corretivas previstas nos Planos de A\u00e7\u00e3o Local contra Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, contribuindo para a sua mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Pressup\u00f5e uma nova abordagem dado que os sensores instalados na UE servem para medir n\u00edveis e volumes de rios e para a gest\u00e3o de barragens (armazenamento e seguran\u00e7a), n\u00e3o se encontrando pensados na \u00f3tica da preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"PT\" style=\"mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">O piloto desenvolver\u00e1 modelos hidrol\u00f3gicos e hidr\u00e1ulicos que especificar\u00e3o os riscos de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o. A rede de sensores ter\u00e1 a fun\u00e7\u00e3o adicional de validar as simula\u00e7\u00f5es e melhorar as previs\u00f5es com base em dados reais.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri Light', sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Os dados resultantes dos sensores ser\u00e3o integrados numa plataforma de acesso livre, da APA, tornando o Sistema de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o, Alerta e Gest\u00e3o de Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es mais robusto com uma colabora\u00e7\u00e3o inter administrativa mais comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre os pilotos AA-FLOODS e a EFAS, pretendendo-se desagregar a informa\u00e7\u00e3o com detalhe ao n\u00edvel local para que possa ser integrada e explorada pelas ferramentas desenvolvidas nos pilotos 1, 2 e 3.<\/p><p>Ser\u00e1 procurado um acordo com a EFAS para o processamento e tratamento dos dados, dado as suas capacidades t\u00e9cnicas e interesse neste \u00e2mbito.<\/p><p>Como resultado, obter-se-\u00e1 um guia com os procedimentos t\u00e9cnicos e formais para o acesso e gest\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o de alerta antecipado \u00e0 escala local, com o detalhe que permita ativar planos de emerg\u00eancia contra inunda\u00e7\u00f5es nas localidades afetadas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9a473a
