class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O AA-FLOODS inclui um conjunto completo de a\u00e7\u00f5es para responder aos desafios de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Escala Local.<\/p><p>Inicia com uma metodologia de Diagn\u00f3stico do Espa\u00e7o Atl\u00e2ntico contra as Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es: planeamento preventivo, institui\u00e7\u00f5es envolvidas, sistemas de alerta e protocolos de emerg\u00eancia ser\u00e3o analisados \u200b\u200bpara permitir que a AA-FLOODS desenvolva ferramentas \u00fateis e transfer\u00edveis para o AA.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Diagn\u00f3stico, os parceiros trabalhar\u00e3o numa proposta para coordenar o Planeamento Territorial com os Planos de Risco. Ser\u00e3o realizadas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Diretiva CE 2007\/60, no que se refere a novos riscos gerados em zonas urbanas com problemas de drenagem de \u00e1gua das chuvas que potenciam o escoamento superficial e inunda\u00e7\u00f5es de bairros instalados a n\u00edveis inferiores, ou que funcionem como barreiras de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua.<\/p><p>Antes da conclus\u00e3o do Diagn\u00f3stico, os parceiros especializados na tem\u00e1tica, liderar\u00e3o a persecu\u00e7\u00e3o da resili\u00eancia, atrav\u00e9s da sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o das Comunidade Locais mais expostas a inunda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Em paralelo, iniciar-se-\u00e1 o desenvolvimento de uma Experi\u00eancia Piloto cujos resultados permitir\u00e3o elaborar um Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o Local contra Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de todos os parceiros.<\/p><p>Ser\u00e3o mapeados 400km de redes de saneamento e instalar\u00e1 pluvi\u00f3metros em 6 cidades para modelar o escoamento superficial resultante das chuvas torrenciais e avaliar a capacidade das redes de saneamento para absorv\u00ea-las em v\u00e1rios cen\u00e1rios nas AA (cidades planas ou \u00edngremes, cidades afetadas por rios ou mar\u00e9s, zonas interiores ou Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o entre Planeamento Territorial &#8211; Planeamento Urbano &#8211; Planeamento de Riscos indicar\u00e1 a forma de incorporar os riscos de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o gerados pelos pr\u00f3prios empreendimentos urbanos, como um crit\u00e9rio de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos Planos de Planeamento Territorial e Urbano. Os resultados permitir\u00e3o melhorar o desenho e gest\u00e3o das redes urbanas, sendo refletidos nos Planos de A\u00e7\u00e3o Local acima mencionados.<\/p><p>Os resultados ser\u00e3o os regulamentos e ferramentas do Piloto para o design aprimorado de redes de saneamento com base na modelagem com aplicativos de Software Livre, escoamento de chuvas torrenciais e evacua\u00e7\u00e3o de redes. Ferramentas de modelagem gratuitas e novas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es permitir\u00e3o que as empresas gestoras de \u00e1gua melhorem a capacidade das redes de saneamento para evacuar chuvas torrenciais. As simula\u00e7\u00f5es de escoamento contribuir\u00e3o para que os Planos de A\u00e7\u00e3o Locais contra Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es excedam os Planos de Emerg\u00eancia atuais.<\/p><p>Como resultado, o AA-FLOODS mitigar\u00e1 os danos causados \u200b\u200bpelos fen\u00f3menos de precipita\u00e7\u00e3o extrema potenciados pelas altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, melhorando o projeto das redes de saneamento urbano. Planos que estabelecem protocolos de interven\u00e7\u00e3o (envolvendo pessoal local), e aplicam os m\u00e9todos e crit\u00e9rios de simula\u00e7\u00e3o de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o, resultado do Piloto 1, que especificam zonas de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o, fuga e abrigo.<\/p><p>Ser\u00e1 desenvolvido entre todos os parceiros, um modelo de planos de emerg\u00eancia local, contra inunda\u00e7\u00f5es. Deste resultar\u00e3o diferentes cen\u00e1rios e protocolos de a\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente, previs\u00e3o de danos, \u00e1reas afetadas, rotas de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o e abrigos.<\/p><p>Pretende-se como resultado reduzir o potencial de perdas humanas e materiais atrav\u00e9s da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de planos de gest\u00e3o de riscos de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 escala local. O Modelo de Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o para Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es resultante poder\u00e1 servir de guia para a AA, melhorando a Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e Gest\u00e3o de Emerg\u00eancia \u00e0 Escala Local.
